All paintings and prints on this site are original artworks or limited run reproductions by Daniel Morley.
Terms of sale
By placing your order, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and your are an authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse andy order request made by you.
We accept payments via:
Direct bank transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Orders from outside the UK
Purchases made online can only be posted to a UK address.
Non-UK customers should email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery charge calculation and to place your order.
- items are dispatched in 3-5 business days from placing your order
- items will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery
- a tracking number is provided when your order is shipped
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
To help the environment quality recycled cardboard is mainly used. All of paintings are professionally packed with great care. For more protection I pack paintings with cardboard and bubble wrap.
To arrange a return, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
